Welcome to day two of B.E.D September 2016 - Should I have made a hashtag for this?
A movie you never get tired of watching
The honest answer to this is any film I like. I can quite happily watch a film I've enjoyed for 3 or 4 weeks in a row. I tend to leave something in the DVD player and watch it every few days.
The last film I did this with was Gone Girl, I must have watched it every day for a fortnight. I can't even say what I liked about it so much.
Another go to film, which I haven't actually watched in a while is The Buffy The Vampire Slayer Movie. I've never watched the TV series and I know a lot of you will disagree about my love of the film. I adore it. It remind me of my youth, it make me want my very own Pike. I still quote lines from the film. It has some great comic moments and I love the ending.
I also have a bit of a soft spot for sequels Grease 2, Sister Act 2 to name just two (see what I did there, No, ok then!)
There are so many things about Grease 2 that I love and I'm sure a lot of you are shaking you heads at me but I know there are a few other people that rave about this film. What I wouldn't give to have my very own Michael, the man on the cycle and while I hate bowling I could rock the Stephanie Zinone bowling shirt. What's not to love about this film. I mean it end with a Luau.
Sister Act 2 also has teen-hood memories. I went to see it with a few friends from school for someones Birthday (That makes it read like I don't remember but I remember it well. I also remember her little brother and his mates didn't want to see the same film and they watched Cool Runnings)
The more I think about this, the more films come to mind. The Princess Bride - As you wish, My Name is.... This has to be one of the most quoteable films, maybe after Clueless As If!
Maybe I've gone off topic as I couldn't just pick one film and even now more and more films are popping into my head. Maybe one day I'll do a post about all the films I love.
What's your favourite films?
